- production of coke and refined petroleum products;
- production of chemical products;
- activities in the field of architecture, engineering surveys, technical tests and analysis, scientific research and development; other professional, scientific and technical activities.
Certification of quality management systems is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Conformity Assessment to Technical Requirements and Accreditation of the Conformity Assessment Body" dated October 24, 2016 No. 437-3, the rules of the National Conformity Assessment System of the Republic of Belarus (Resolution of the State Standard of July 25, 2017 No. 61).
The issuance of certificates of conformity is carried out in accordance with the administrative procedures established in the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated February 17, 2012 No. 156 "On Approval of the Unified List of Administrative Procedures carried Out by State Bodies and Other Organizations in Respect of Legal Entities of Individual Entrepreneurs, amendments to the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated February 14, 2009 No. 193 and the invalidation of certain resolutions of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus."
The management of the certification body sets its goals: to work with high quality, objectively, reliably and impartially, seeking to strengthen the authority and recognition in the Republic of Belarus; to constantly expand the field of activity for maximum customer satisfaction.
The certification body has the necessary means and documented procedures to carry out certification of quality management systems, including:
- organizational and administrative structure, legal and economic opportunities;
- a documented management system;
- qualified and specially trained personnel;
- a set of management system documents regulating the rules and procedure for certification of quality management systems;
- updated fund of TNPA and information materials.
The certification body carries out its certification activities at the initial and subsequent stages, including filing an application, conducting an audit during certification, periodic evaluations and the process of issuing, refusing, confirming certification, expanding or reducing the scope of certification, suspending or canceling (terminating) certification in accordance with GOST ISO/IEC 17021-1-2020.
